Phase One is a 28 day plan. This means you repeat the cycle four times.
Some people see results almost immediately, others take a little time to see results.
If you don’t start to see results after 7 days, then here are some things to consider:
- Are you working out at least 4 times per week? (High intensity workouts like we offer at Premia Fitness, not just walking around the neighborhood)
- Are you cheating? Be honest, are you sneaking in late night snacks, vending machine visits, lunches with friends, etc.
- Are you confirming that your chosen healthy foods are actually low carbs? Bananas, apples, orange juice, etc. These are full of healthy vitamins and minerals, but they are also full of carbs. Check the shopping list and do your research to make sure you aren’t accidentally loading up on carbs.
- Have you checked with your doctor? If you are doing everything right and not able to lose weight, you may need to have a checkup to look for other issues that may be stopping your progress.
