Introduction: Having A Complete Plan

Before we get into the details of the nutrition plan, we need to clarify a very important concept that most people don’t really understand. Or maybe they understand but they have never implemented it correctly.

Stick with us for a minute here as this is a very important concept!

A husband and wife have one relationship: 

  1. Husband and Wife

And if that couple has a baby boy, then there would be 3 relationships. 

  1. Husband and Wife 
  2. Father and son
  3. Mother and son

But if that family has just one more kid, a daughter, what happens? 

  1. Husband and Wife
  2. Father and son
  3. Mother and son
  4. Father and daughter
  5. Mother and daughter
  6. Big brother and little sister 

This is one example in life where adding just a little more makes a huge difference. It’s the same with achieving your goals in fitness.

There are multiple things that need to be included in your fitness transformation plan. If you leave just one of them out, you’ll put yourself at a huge disadvantage. 

There are many things that can be covered. But we’re going to start by focusing on the big three.

These are:

  1. Cardiovascular exercise 
  2. Resistance training 
  3. Nutrition 

Putting all three of these together is like adding 1 + 1 + 1 and getting 10. It’s really that important. Maybe you’ve tried dieting here and there and you’ve tried various exercise programs. If you’ve never made meaningful progress with your fitness, then it’s likely that you didn’t put all three of these together at the same time with a solid plan. 

And that’s what we’re going to do together.
